Dr. Mathew Johnson is a global leader in higher education and president of Albion College, leads the development of Carnegie Foundation Elective Classifications, the Elective Classification for Community Engagement, and a multi-year international Carnegie Community Engagement Classification project, involving 26 institutions of higher education across the world.
John Saltmarsh
Dr. @University of Massachusetts Boston
Dr. John Saltmarsh is Professor of Higher Education in the Department of Leadership in Education in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. From 2005-2016 he served as the Director of the New England Resource Center for Higher Education (NERCHE), and during that time he led the Elective Classification for Community Engagement. A public scholar himself, he has published extensively on the elective classification, community engagement, and higher education.
Marisol Morales
Dr. @Campus Compact
Dr. Marisol Morales is the Vice-President for Network Leadership for Campus Compact where she supports a network of state and regional directors across the country and leads Campus Compact’s efforts to increase inclusion, equity, and diversity in higher education community engagement. She brings to this role her extensive experience developing and leading campus community engagement efforts.
